The Wireless House One Bangkok Publication Series

The Wireless House One Bangkok Publication Series consist of two books presented in the exhibition space of the Wireless House Museum at One Bangkok. The first, Witthayu–Rama IV District: Architectural Heritage from the 1910s to the 1970s, is written by Associate Professor Pirasri Povatong. The second, Witthayu–Rama IV District: Space, Leisure, and Entertainment Culture from the 1910s to the 1970s, is authored by Virayudh Peesalee. The histories of Wireless Road explored in these books are translated into a layout that intentionally allows space for time to unfold. Conceived as museum objects in their own right, the publications are designed to be informative from the cover, drawing audiences in through historical imagery while remaining visually unobtrusive within the exhibition context. The design mimics a hardcover book while functioning as a protective folder, allowing the inner booklet to be easily replaced if damaged. This approach responds to the fragility of printed materials displayed in a public museum setting.
